This is Us

Sigla was founded by three friends who’ve spent years building software products together. During that time, we kept asking ourselves the same question:

“Why do so many organizations struggle to deliver REAL technology solutions?”

It’s rarely because the ideas, teams, or tools are bad. More often, teams are forced to move quickly without the clarity, alignment, or technical foundation required to deliver solutions that last. The result is technology that adds complexity instead of creating leverage.

Charlie Eaton

Chief Design Officer

Charlie is an evangelist for user centered design who believes users are real people and you should get to know them. Which explains why he asks everyone about their tattoos, loves conventions, and will get a cup of coffee with anyone.

James Dickman

Chief Technology Officer

James is an agile software architect and full stack engineer who’s been slinging code since 1999. When he’s not busy finding new ways to take rapidly scalable tech products to market, he’s probably coaching soccer, or drinking a tropical IPA while watching Arsenal, Mizzou, or the Blues.

Jason Wargel

Chief Operating Officer

With 20+ years leading technology teams, Jason has become a leader in translating innovative ideas into real technology solutions. He’s a big believer in taking work seriously, not himself. You’ll probably find him somewhere wine tasting, watching a hockey game, or boating at Table Rock.
